INTERIOR DESIGN

We offer Interior Design Services for a single Kitchen to a 10,000 sq. ft. luxury home. Be it a Bath & Kitchen remodel, townhouse, condo, single or multi-family home, our award-winning Designers are here to help you create your dream space.
We work both ways on- a flat fee and hourly basis to suit your preferences. Our Interior Design process looks like this;

If you just want a Design Consultation with us, we offer it on an hourly basis. Based on what kind of consultation you want, to bring you the most value the Designer will get samples of different materials, fabric, etc along with pictures to help you decide and visualize.

We are here to help you bring together your space. Our styling and décor service includes selecting and purchasing Décor Items for your space from suppliers and stores that provide us special trade rates. We then style everything to make your space look expensive and beautiful.

Choosing the right style and dimensions of the furniture is an integral aspect to complete you your space. You should do this right which is why Designers at Epater Design Studio pay extra attention to furnishings by creating Furniture Layouts with precise measurements of your space and present you suitable options. Based on your selection, we then provide an extensive list of furniture pieces carefully picked and designed, with varied options to match your taste. In case of custom furniture, we design the pieces and get it manufactured from our trusted vendors who provide us special trades rate which you can take advantage of.

This service is included in our Interior Design Package but we offer this as a separate item that is charged at a flat fee depending on the design. We offer 3D Visuals for landscape, interior, bath, kitchen, living rooms, etc.

EXHIBITION DESIGN

At Epater, we understand that an appealing and creative design with good quality material has the potential to give our client’s brand by augmenting the products through exhibitions which helps them to increase their sales. We have a fully equipped fabrication facilities for fast, reliable and hassle free experience.

BUILDING PERMIT DRAWING AND APPLICATION

Any structural changes to an existing building or construction of a new one requires a building permit. We offer a Complete set of Building Permit Drawings for the following:

New Builds
Renovation
Accessory Building
Secondary Suites
Extension and everything else that required a Building Permit.

We also help you apply for Permits and handle all the correspondence up until your permit is issued. This saves you the hassle of handling all the back and forth that happens during this process.

Drawings and Permit Applications are offered as a combined service and also as separate items to suit your needs.

We deal with all cities and any kind of City Permits – Rezoning, Subdivision etc.

DRAFTING SERVICES

Drafting a plan helps to respond, clarify and modify initial designs and ideas. Having a blueprint to refer to before and during any construction is vital because it minimizes design mistakes, saves time and cost.

We offer detailed 2D drawings as separate service which is charged both hourly or flat fee and the turnaround time is quick.

PROCUREMENT

Epater offers a bespoke procurement service, from sourcing that museum quality furniture or artefact, painting or sculpture to perfectly fit into an existing scheme or help choosing the perfect upholstery fabric or rug. We can help.
